Order Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
Deliveries are carried out via Colissimo (home delivery or post office) or Mondial Relay (pickup point or locker). A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow your parcel online.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the delivery address. As an indication, Colissimo deliveries usually take a few business days, while Mondial Relay deliveries may require a slightly longer timeframe. These timeframes are given for information purposes only, and Lumeba cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and transport fees. They are automatically calculated during checkout, based on the delivery method selected and the delivery address.
We recommend grouping all your items into a single order: separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Lumeba ships to mainland France as well as certain European countries. Availability of services and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable French law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your product (unused and in its original packaging).
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Please contact us before returning any product in order to receive the necessary instructions.
Special care is taken in the preparation and protection of parcels; however, shipments are made at the customer’s own risk.
